TINCUP Mountain Mixer Series recap!
We partnered with TINCUP to host three epic Mountain Mixers across the country! Did you get the chance to join us at one of these events?
Sponsored by TINCUP® Mountain Whiskey.
In July and August, we partnered with TINCUP Mountain Whiskey to host three Mountain Mixer events in California, Colorado, and New York. People from across the country joined us at incredible outdoor locations (think: nature preserves and amazing lodges) to sample delicious cocktails, hike to beautiful vistas, and maybe even look for their #PartnerInAdventure.
Here's a little glimpse into the Mountain Mixer series and some recipes we enjoyed along the way.
California
On Wednesday, July 26th, we headed to King Gillette Ranch in Calabasas, California, for our first-ever TINCUP Mountain Mixer!
Everyone munched on Kobe beef sliders, a taco bar, charcuterie, and more. The food was good, and the stoke was high!
Former pro-football player, current TV personality, and TINCUP ambassador Jesse Palmer joined the fun! Palmer played for the New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers before starring in The Bachelor for the fifth season. Today, he's the host of all Bachelor series, as well as host of Food Network’s Holiday Baking Championships, and a correspondent for ESPN.
Pro climbers and TINCUP ambassadors Emily Harrington and Adrian Ballinger also attended! Harrington has won the U.S. National Climbing Championship five times and owns several first female assents of tough 5.14 routes. She's a prolific outdoor climber and public speaker who shares stories on fear, failure, success, and teamwork to motivate people to reach for their dreams.
Ballinger is a self-proclaimed mountain athlete and founder of Alpenglow Expeditions. He has professionally guided trips to the tallest mountains in the world for over 25 years and has made exciting firsts in ski descents and mountaineering without supplemental oxygen. Follow along with Harrington and Ballinger's adventures in activism, climbing, and family vanlife (they just had a baby!) by watching their show DangerStik TV.
Attendees loved playing outdoor games, hiking to Inspiration Point, and learning how to make delicious drinks!
